QLAdmin Solutions is pleased to announce their newest client, Selected Funeral and Life Insurance Company (SFLIC) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, is now in production with the QLAdmin policy administration system. SFLIC's goals were to increase policy administration efficiencies and gain faster time to market for new pre-paid funeral products and services.
From contract execution to full operational deployment took just 11 months. Project milestones included data conversion from multiple sources performed by our employees in Austin, Texas; testing and validation of company and policy data at key check points by both project teams; personalized sessions for front-end and technical system training both in person and online; and final implementation and go-live with onsite support the first week.
We are extremely proud of SFLIC's leadership and dedication to keeping the technology project focused within the project scope and on schedule. SFLIC was also successful in promoting the ideals and goals for this change process to their department leaders and employees.
