QL.Admin's
policy display window shows information about a policy on a single window using
multiple tab pages. Complete coverage information, premium history, policy
values, beneficiaries, assignees, agent information including rates and
earnings, policy memos and user defined fields, claim information, underwriting
requirements are available.
A policy is selected by specifying the number, name, social security number, or
date of birth. Changes to a policy can be tracked with a complete policy
transaction audit trail. The user can quickly access pop-up displays of
complete transaction histories. The system also allows the user to quickly
navigate from display to the edit or maintenance screens.
The system integrates with the mail-merge function in Microsoft Word to create
policy correspondence. Documents may be generated on request or during
system-specific transactions. All correspondence is saved for future review or
re-print.
