Routine items such as changes to coverage or beneficiary information, updating
addresses, changing billing modes or editing other policy information are
supported through the
QL.Admin
edit function. The editing routine provides extensive field level and
comprehensive policy level validation to ensure data integrity. Additional
coverage/riders are also added through this function.
Although
QL.Admin
makes it easy to change policy information, the system also allows you to
specify different security levels for each of the various users. Thus, every
user has the ability to change only the policy data you decide is appropriate.
Changes to policy data are recorded in a transaction audit file.
