QL.Admin provides everything necessary to capture all required accounting transactions and map them to your Chart of Accounts while allowing for variations by company and plan code. An export option is provided which will create either GL and AP reports or an export file which can be imported into your accounting system.

QL.Admin allows you to maintain your own account numbers in the Chart of Accounts. You can then map your account numbers to specified QL.Admin transactions. QL.Admin provides for separate Charts of Accounts for a multi-company environment. Other variations can be handled on an exception basis.

QL.Admin can be configured to export General Ledger and Accounts Payable transactions to many of today’s most popular PC-based accounting systems including Great Plains, ACCPAC Plus, BPI, QuickBooks, and Peachtree Accounting.
