The Policy Maintenance feature combines common policy service transactions in one easy-to-use menu. Standard function windows and instructions easily guide the user to the next processing step. Accounting transactions are also recorded and files are created for General Ledger data extracts.

All the while, QL.Admin is tracking the user and their policy maintenance transactions and creating a running history of the clients’ policy service. If desired, this transaction history can be printed for proper file documentation.
