QL.Admin is a completely user-friendly, customizable, and compatible Insurance Policy Administration system that automatically completes certain data entry of new policy applications based upon your existing insurance product and plan files.

The Policy Issue screen is a multi-tabbed window that allows input of all pertinent information regarding the insured, owner, beneficiary, agent and commission level, non-forfeiture options, policy coverage and riders, billing and premium, bank and group accounts, underwriting requirements, and reinsurance billing.

QL.Admin allows users to track the status of financial and medical underwriting requirements, and keeps the new policy in a Pending status until it is issued or declined.

Cash with Application money is entered as the final step in new Policy Issue, and is tracked separately from subsequent premium payments.

When a new application is completed and ready to be submitted, QL.Admin performs an extensive 19-point policy validation to confirm data integrity in the areas of policy mode and mode premium, agent level and commissions, policy dates, policy and rider coverage and statuses. If a new policy is missing required information, the user is prompted to edit the policy and submit it for another validation.

The Policy Issue function also prints new policy pages such as:

  • Policy Contract Pages
  • Schedule of Benefits Pages
  • Projected Future Values
  • ID Cards
  • Cost Disclosure Pages
  • Definition Pages
