QL.Admin is an insurance policy administration system used for multiple insurance products such as traditional and interest sensitive life insurance, deferred and immediate annuities, preneed plans, and diverse health insurance products.

A policy is located by entering the policy number, client name or billing account number.  Policies can also be searched by address, date of birth, or tax ID.  Your customer service representatives will spend much of their time using Policy Display, so we have made the policy information as organized and accessible as possible.

What information is shown in Policy Display?

The Policy Display screen is a multi-tab window that shows current and historical policy transaction information including:
  • Billing and premium payment history
  • Policy cash values, loan values, dividend values
  • Projected policy values
  • Owner, insured, beneficiary and assignee information
  • Reinsurance billing
  • Policy status changes and correspondence history
  • Claim history information
  • Underwriting memos and requirements
  • Complete coverage and rider information
  • Agent commission rates and earning history
  • Policy memos and transaction audit history
  • Customizable “User Defined” tab to store the client’s specific information needs
