One important feature with claims processing is the ability to easily provide benefit payments to more than one beneficiary at the same time.

As is common with health insurance, one policy can have several dependents and numerous claims throughout the life of the policy. QL.Admin easily tracks each policy dependent, and the user can quickly find and display the detailed history of each claim, whether pending, denied or paid.
