The QL.Admin Billing feature efficiently handles all traditional billing modes, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and even ninthly and tenthly modes. If needed, QL.Admin can also be customized to handle your client-specific special pay modes.

Direct bill and coupon bill notices can also be bar-coded to allow for quick and easy premium application with a handheld bar-code scanner. First, second and third notices are also available for direct pay bills and customized system settings will automatically process policies for Lapse if they remain overdue.

For policies paying premiums with automated Bank Drafts and Credit Cards, QL.Admin will create draft notices and the ACH files needed for electronic transfers with pre-authorized drafts.

All billing cycles, whether direct, group, or bank draft, will create a billing report. These reports can be used to reconcile bank statements and ensure proper amounts were debited or credited.
